Enter your account


  • Locate the order in the orders section of your user panel.

  • Click on “Return” and select the item.

  • Indicate the reason for the return.

  • Choose if we send to our agency or if you send it by your means.

  • Click "Finish".

Prepare your package


  • Store the complete product, with its original box and accessories, in a sturdy box or the one in which you received the order.

  • Print the label and the form that we will have sent you by email, you will also have them in returns of your customer account.

  • Insert the return form inside the box and stick the label on the outside. Then close it with a seal.

Send the package


  • If you requested the collection, our agency will pick it up the next business day.

  • If you send it by your means, we will not impose return costs.

Receive the refund


  • Once we receive the package and verify that the packaging, labels and product are in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount using the same payment method used when placing the order.


In the event that the option does not appear in your customer account, it may be because the return period has passed, so the option will appear disabled.

For orders from outside Spain, the customer must send the merchandise by their own means, currently we do not provide a collection service, we are working to offer a reverse logistics service.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 30 days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 30 days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires material possession of the goods purchased. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Equipamientos Zona de Padel. CIF: B98490519 Registered office: Av Maestro Rodrigo 23 Bajo, Valencia (Spain) Telephone: 96 336 70 07, or, through the contact form, your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory. To meet the deadline of withdrawal, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of the right of withdrawal is sent before the withdrawal period expires.

We can only collect merchandise from clients in Peninsular Spain, for any other location you will have to send us the package by Post and pay the shipping costs.

No return will be accepted without the identification documentation in the box and returns that are sent to Zona de Padel without authorization, after the deadline or with a product that is not in perfect condition, both product and packaging, will not be accepted, in these cases we will automatically reject receipt of the package, to make any return you must first contact us through the contact form.

In the event that a customer returns a product that contains gifts and does not return them, they will be charged according to the current price of those products.

Once the purchase is complete you will receive an email with your order and from your user profile you will be able to see its shipping status.

Product changes

If you want to make a product change, you must buy the product for which you want to make the change, and follow the steps in the previous section "Returns" for the product that you already have in your possession.

Guarantee

Repair and replacement will be free for the user. Said gratuity will include the necessary expenses incurred to correct the lack of conformity of the products with the contract, especially the shipping costs, as well as the costs related to labor and materials.

It is the client's obligation to send the defective merchandise by their own means in order to assess whether the guarantee is applicable by the client, once the guarantee is received and approved, Zona de Padel will proceed to replace the product by sending it to the client freight prepaid, without customer at any additional expense.

In the event that the manufacturer accepts the guarantee of the product, the product will be replaced by the same model, size and color, no change or return of a product that has processed a guarantee will be allowed, except in the case that there is no stock , that the exchange for another product of the same family and brand will be allowed, in the event that the chosen product is of greater value, the client must pay the difference.

In the event that the manufacturer does NOT accept the guarantee, the customer must collect the merchandise by their own means and cost.
