Shipments to Europe

We ship to ALL the countries of the European Union, specifically to France, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, the shipping costs will appear automatically and will be calculated when placing the order based on the destination and weight.

All orders will be shipped by UPS, the approximate delivery time for receipt of merchandise is 3-5 days, keep in mind that delivery times are calculated on working days (Monday to Friday) and that deliveries are not made on Saturdays , Sundays and holidays.

In case of having to make a return or guarantee of a product, the client must return it to our store with the means that he deems appropriate. Padel Zone will not assume said return, management or customs costs.

Ball boxes are not eligible for free shipping as they are bulky goods.

Shipments to South America and the rest of the world

All shipments to Argentina will be paid by bank transfer or bank deposit, no other payment method is accepted, and the cost will be defined based on the volume of the shipment.

Cancel order or change address

If your order has not left our warehouse, you can cancel it by sending a query through the contact form, clearly indicating the order number. Our remote sales department will handle the cancellation of the order, in the same way you can send us a query if you want to make a change of address before the order is shipped.

We recommend that if you wish to cancel or change an order you have just placed, in addition to indicating it in writing, you call us at 96 207 19 46 to prevent the order from leaving the warehouse. Once it is picked up by the carrier, both shipping and collection costs WILL BE CHARGED, in which case it will no longer be possible to change or cancel an order, you must manage it as a return.
