Free first size change
Because we know how scary it is sometimes to buy a product online without knowing if it will be your size or measurement, the first size change for certain products is free, as long as you send it to us by your means.
What products enter?
- Shoes.
- Clothing.
Therefore, if a product does not fit you, do not worry, the first size change is free as long as we have stock, the return of a product, a second change or change of model does not enter this promotion, and the order must be returned by the transport company chosen by the client at their cost, Zona de Padel will not charge shipping or management costs.
It is essential that the product is marked with the free size change option.
In the case of requesting a change of model whose price is lower than that returned, the cost of this service will be €7.95.
The right to exchange is 7 days from receipt of the product. Valid for Peninsular Spain.
Both the product and the packaging must be in the same conditions as they were delivered, otherwise the amount cannot be refunded.
How to change the size?
You can send us an email to tienda@zonadepadel.es or call us by phone at 96 206 19 46, requesting the change of size.
Once the size change has been approved and the new size chosen is available, you must package the product with the same packaging that you received your purchase, and have the package prepared, from the store they will tell you how to manage the collection.
To make the change you must make a new order with the new merchandise, in the event that a new purchase is not made, it will not be understood as a change, but as a return.
As soon as we receive the return, we will immediately refund 100% of your money. We inform you that it can take between 5 and 10 days from the time you deliver the package to Correos Express until you receive your money back .

How will I receive the amount of refund?
You will receive the refund amount in the same medium as you initially paid:
- If you paid by credit card, you will be credited instantly by reversing the operation.
- If you paid by Paypal, you will be paid by reversing the operation, with Paypal being the one that will determine the moment in which it will be effective in your account.
- If you paid by bank transfer, a transfer will be sent to you with the full amount.
- In case of not changing the size and requesting the refund of the amount, it will have a cost of €7.95.
